History Log Location for History in Knowledge Exchange v6.2

Can someone advise where the location is for the history logs for Knowledge Exchange v6.2 please? We are having problems with checkouts from KE 6.2 to PV 6.2 where the objects are not editable by one of the users, regardless of how they checkout, and the logs are required for support to investigate for us.

In terms of the question you asked:

You can find the History path in KE v6.2.x by clicking on 'Configuration' and then clicking the 'History' tab.  The path will be specified after the text 'Absolute Directory Path for Archived Records..'.  If there is no path specified you will need to specify a path.  Please note, that this dialog cannot create a directory for you, so you must specify a path that already exists on the server (for example, you could use C:\KEServer621\ if you have KE v6.2.1 installed on your server at the default location). Also, you will need to have Auditing Levels set for History records to be created.  If you have a lot of usage/interaction with Knowledge Exchange, I would advise setting the Archive period no longer than 'Monthly'.
