Starting workflow problem only on certain branches

Hello,

I've got a curious problem with instantiating a workflow built with Workflow Modeller on certain branches, where it will not start after I've chosen options from the instantiation screen. It gives the following message:

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSAuthorizationException: (Operation not permitted)
at com.interwoven.cssdk.workflow.jni.WorkflowServiceAdapterImpl.createWorkflow(Native Method)

This to me seems like a permissions issue, since on our common branch (used for iimages and other web resources) it starts without a problem. I've checked the users and roles for branches, and they all seem to be set correctly.

Am I right in assuming this?

For the moment, the problem workflow has been rolled back to a prior version.

I've attached the available_models.xml to this post (compressed inside a zip file).

The workflow is called General Content Workflow.

It operates from //ServerName/internet/main/Common/WORKAREA/ without troubles, but from anywhere outside of that, it fails.

I do not have the time to validate your file to the DTD however this is not the standard way of configuring Workflow Models. Please check the Guide or validate to the DTD this file again for eg.

I've done more checking, and it was actually nothing to with the XML. It was everything to do with 1 network account in a particular Teamsite user group. (needle in a hay-stack stuff)!

I'll take on board your suggestions with the XML - although it was actually not done by me.
