XMP Mapping in MediaBin 4.6.1?

Does anyone have experience mapping metadata fields using the xmpmapping.xml config file that ships with MediaBin 4.6.

I want to map an OOTB metadata field to a custom metadata field on upload into MediaBin.

I have played with the config file and read the manual but have not been able to get it to go.

Any help would be appreciated.

The xmpmapping file is for mapping custom xmp fields to MediaBin metadata fields.

I created a custom panel for Photoshop so you could apply metadata in Photoshop under the File Info command. The attached mediabin.txt file is the panel code for Photoshop, which goes in the Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\XMP directory.

I then created the xmpmapping file so MediaBin would know how to ingest the metadata embedded in the asset. The attached xmpmapping.txt file is the xml file that goes in the MBDataDirectory\XMP directory. You'll need to replace the .txt extension with .xml.
