Product: Metastorm BPM®
Release: 9.0 SR1
Hotfix: 9.0.1.1
Affected Components: Metastorm Process Designer
Metastorm Deployment Service
Metastorm Web Client
ECL
Purpose of the hotfix:
This hotfix addresses the following issues:
- Some migrated forms cause an unhandled exception when opened in the v9 Designer. (Metastorm \# SR-04192010-0003, DEF12305)
- In some cases it is possible for form fields to lose values during a form refill in the Web client. (Metastorm \# SR-05062010-0025, DEF12380)
- Trying to deploy a timed action where the ‘Duration’ property uses ‘Weekday’ units causes an exception. (Metastorm \# SR-05072010-0009, DEF12381)
- Trying to deploy a timed action where the ‘Before/After’ property is set to ‘Before’ causes an exception. (Metastorm \# SR-05212010-0002, DEF12411)
- Some web services do not generate the code script correctly, which causes code generation to fail for the project. (Metastorm \# SR-06012010-0003, DEF12624)
- A library with server script attached to multiple projects within the same solution causes code compilation to fail. This is a result of flags causing code compilation to break. (Metastorm \# SR-05212010-0001, DEF12618)
- Deploying to a remote deployment service may cause an error – “a call to SSPI failed”. (Metastorm \# SR-04212010-0019,SR-05202010-0008, SR-05212010-0011, DEF12675)
- HTTPS .NET remoting support has been added to the ECL. Services in the EngineServiceConfig file can now be configured to use HTTPS if required. Please note that this transport type is currently only supported for communication with the Web Client. Office client add-ins and SharePoint web parts must still use TCP or HTTP. (Metastorm \# DEF12682)
- Find & Replace does not find all items. (Metastorm \# DEF12436)
- Uninstalling Metastorm BPM clears registry entries for other Metastorm products. (Metastorm \# DEF12447)
- Some forms may be incorrectly cached by the Web Client when switching between users. (Metastorm \# DEF12563)
- If the Deployment Service was installed in version 9.0 as a non-domain account, this could cause an invalid account error when using SR1 and later upgrades. (Metastorm \# DEF10727)
