adding hyper links and assigning actions to that hyperlinks in grid

Hi all....... How can I add hyperlinks in grid (with some specified title apart from the Business Object's value)when a row is added to the grid..... And how can I provide an action to that hyperlink(egpen an another form when we click on that hyper link)....... ...
