I want to download products and hotfixes and I can't find them anywhere, very frustrating keep just turning up on the logon page even when it knows I'm logged in.

If you are signed in, click on the Customer Zone link at the top of the page and then you will be able to access the downloads section.
If you are still having problems please email communityAdmin@metastorm.com. They can help make sure that your account is setup correctly.
