Are you talking about initiating a reverse deployment from multiple receivers to a single Base Server? If so, I think you can, but you have to be aware of issues that could arise if the same filename in the same directory path exists on more than one receiver -- they could overwrite each other. This would probably be a good usage of the node-specific targetRules element to override the target path for the deployment.

Yes, you are correct, there is a possibility of files getting overwritten if I use multiple target nodes, but thats the BR.
