Hello:
My company has several "node"-licenses for provision bpa, Our customer support ID is Pa-19364-15576.
 
I installed Provision BPA 6.21 in April 2010, and, just tried to go into the "Support Help Desk & Resources"-sub-page to see about any latest patches/SR's.  
 
However, I just keep getting tossed back to the log-in/password screen.   When I re-enter my log-in/password, It just won't let me get past this.
 
The little blue status at the upper-right-hand corner shows that I'm getting overall-sucessful-access to the community page and its other sub-pages, i.e., Discuss/Learn/Ideas/Read, but, I just can get fully into the Support sub-page.
 
Can you help me get access.
