I have rules on the form which are used as background to my controls (have set Send to back). Unfortunately after opening this form next time in the designer all of those rules are set as Bring to front. Is it a bug which has not been fixed yet?
I have had a lot of similatr problems. Getting fields to the back or front seems a hit or miss affair, and it often requires you to send to the front, THEN to the back for some reason. That is just tto actually get focus on the fields in the Designer.
In the end I gave up and do not use Panels much - waiting for it to be resolved.
