Hai, Iam not able to start the metastorm Designer. It is throwing the error,the screen shot of which is attached. I had uninstalled the metastrom so many times and installed again. It is throwing the same error. Kindly requst you to help me.
Has it ever worked?
If so, try deleting all temporary files, and even templates (or move them elsewhere). They are in a number of obscure locations - I am sure those here could let you know where.

Nice not-very-helpful error message. You've done all your windows updates, pre-requisites, service packs, hotfixes etc?

Is this v9.0 or v9.0 SR1?
Are you getting anything in the Application Log on the machine after the error occurs?
I would suggest opening a ticket with our Helpdesk if you have not already done so.
