Idea Central: Metastorm Product Ideas Display

Today I had 12 unread items in the "Idea Central: Metastorm Product Ideas" section of the site.  All of these appeared to be comments on old posts.  It was very difficult to find the new posts in this section of the site ... I had to page through all of the ideas and see if anything had "(# new)" on each page.

 

Other sections of the site bring things up showing bold for unread comments and sort them to the top of the list.  It would be nice if this section sorted/displayed in a similar fashion, or at least made it easier to locate ideas with new posts on them.  (Or perhaps I'm looking at the site wrong, so perhaps "user education" is needed instead since this section is laid out different than the others.)

Well, I now have 1 item I cannot seem to find though I have paged through all of the ideas trying to find the one I hadn't read.  None report having unread comments.  The format of this section of the web site is different from the others, its still a challenge to find some of these reported "unread" items.

Why is it that I have to hunt for the supposed unread posts in the "Idea Central:  Metastorm Product Ideas" and "BPM Install and Config Knowledge Base" sections?  They are easy to find if they happen to be on the most recently created items on the list, but if they are not I have to page through all of the entries to see if there is a "(# new)" options on each post.  Even taking the time page through every page, I have not been able to find the 2/4 options.

 

Other lists/sections of the web display the most recently posted against at the top of the list and in bold.  Hunting, and sometimes not finding, in these sections seems cumbersome at best.

 

Perhaps there is a setting I can change so it works like the other sections, but I have not been able figure out the right one yet if so.
