Salesforce OLEDB Provider

I note from the SR2 release notes a reference to the SalesForce.com OLEDB provider. Presumably someone out there has used this with MBPM so if anyone can point me in the right direction to getting hold of this provider I would be very grateful.

I have used the provider from DBAmp:
