shift-click for actions works badly in v9

If you shift-click on an action type in the toolbox, you can add multiple unconnected actions. That's OK.

If you join them up by click-drag, then it does not. You get the action you plus another unconnected or looopback action at the destination stage.

This behaviour looks the same as in the v7 Designer to me. Until you click the Pointer in the toolbox, then the selection remains on whichever toolbox item was selected with Shift depressed.

Not sure if the same problem exists in v7. The problem is that a second unwanted action is created at the destination stage.
