Simulation Process

Questions?

I am with the following questions regarding the process simulation.

I'm making a Monte Carlo simulation mode. I have two activities, one of 30 min and another 30 minutes total
1 hour. In the two activities if I do not allocate any resources for them and then shoot an entity,
bottleneck should generate correct? Even I did not allocate any resources the Timing Grid report shows the hours worked
activities is correct? Should not create bottlenecks for lack of resources?

Can anyone help me? or would have to give me an example?

Hi Paulo,

Can you provide an example of what you're doing? Either a screenshot or a .pvw? Without this, it's fairly difficult to determine what you're describing.
