Unable to connect via IE after installation - http-error 500.19

After installation of 9.0 and typing http://localhost/Metastorm in IE, the following message appears:

HTTP Error 500.19 – Internal Server Error
HRESULT: 0x80070021
Description of HRESULT
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Configuration error:

This configurationsection can not be used for this path. This happens when the section is locked on parent level. The lock is standard (overrideMode=”Deny”) or is explicitaly set by a locationcode with overrideMode=”Deny” or the existing allowOverride=”false”

Need help. Sound familiar to anybody?

Have you installed asp.net and given the appropriate permissions? Lots of other suggestions on how to fix it here...
