I have a process which when I was developing and testing was working perfectly under my account (administrator), and of course as Murphy would have it when I went to demonstrate and handover to the project owner for there testing and evaluation the damned thing buggers up.
When a non-administrator user initiates the process, they can see that blank form, they can complete the first form but there are no further actions that they can do and the process doesnt appear in anybody's To Do or Watch lists.
Digging around, I found some entries in the eLog table that correspond to some of the tests I have done to resolve the issue "There were no users on the todo list". The user has two entries in the eAssignment table - Everybody and their own login name. The first form in the process is limited to Everybody role while the subsequent forms are limited to the To Do role.
The first form when submitted is set to re-open the folder and present the user with a further 5 forms for them to complete, but no actions are available, only the available forms (the links to the read-only forms located at the top of the window).
I have tested this on two of the processes I have created and both of these behave in the same manner.
Can anyone advise of anything I can do to resolve this issue? Searching the net only returns results for 7.5, but I am running BPM 9 SR2.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
