Copy a comment in one swim lane, paste a new comment, drag it to a second swim lane below the first. Now click on a handle of the new comment box - the first swim lane expands to incorporate your new comment box - Urghhhhhh!
This problem has now been replicated in house and we will endeavour to fix in a near future release. Internal reference is DEF14757.
