Error Message Received when Viewing Connections in Metastorm Administration

Version 9 SR2, Hotfix 2 applied....

Receive the error message depicted in the attached file whenever I click on the Connections node. I'm trying to edit the LDAP connection per another post but am unable to do so because of this error.

Any ideas? I posted a comment on /awd/forums/questions/3404276 but no takers...

I'd suggest you report this to the Help Desk. You can use the online form available through the Customer Zone, or you can email them or call. You might want to send the process itself and any error messages from the Designer log (eLog table) and Windows event log.

Did you make sure to run the latest AdminToolsProcedures.sql after installing the SR and hotfix? by default it can be found here:

C:\Program Files\Metastorm\BPM\Administrative Tools\Database\SQL Scripts

C:\Program Files\Metastorm\BPM\Administrative Tools\Database\ORACLE Scripts

Thanks, but yes, I have re-executed that file, but still not working.
