How To: Client vbScript "On field exit"

I copied and pasted the working script from 7.6. I also did the Script Validate. I deployed with no errors or warnings, but the script is not executing! First, in 9.0 there is no place to put the sub or function name.

 

In the documentation, the only thing I can find is how to create a stand alone client side script, but then nothing about how to use the script or how to associate it with an event.

 

Help!!!!

Function names are no longer required. Just write as if in a function. No return required, except true/false for submit scripts.

 

Validation of client scripts is non-existent.

How can you pass a return without the function name?

 

And if there is no function/sub name does that mean just leave out the function/sub line and also the end function/sub at the bottom?
