I would have to write pop up based on condition language/country.

How can I write pop up in presentation file. It should pop up and blink automatically.

Could anyone suggest me .

Do you want a pop-up in the DCT when users are filling in the content - or in the generated page when it's viewed on your web server by the general public?

For the former - you need to read the TeamSite FormsPublisher Developer's Guide.

For the latter - you need to look into whatever technology you are using for your web site.

There is no interaction during the generation of pages via the presentation template to do this kind of thing (though you can select what PT you wish to use - but I don't think that's what you're looking for)
