The Metastorm Modeler Widget is missing

If after logging into Metastorm M3 the Metastorm Modeling Widget is not listed in the widget library perform the following steps to resolve the problem.

 

1. Logout
2. On the Sign-in screen (http://m3.cloudapp.net) right click and select Silverlight from the context menu that displays.
3. In the Microsoft Silverlight Configuration dialog click on the Application Storage tab.
4. In the list of websites, click on the M3 website to select it
5. Click on the ‘Delete’ button
6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion
7. Close the browser
8. Open the browser
9. Go to http://m3.cloudapp.net
10.  Login
11.  The Metastorm Modeler widget will be listed in the widget library.
