Digest notifications don't show anything useful when status changed on item

I have a digest notification being sent to me on a regular basis. When the update to an item is that the status is changed this is presented like the following (Update 5 and 6). There is no mention of the title of the item whose status was changed. You have to click the link to find out. Update 4 shows a case where a comment was added to an existing item.

 

Update 4 - Comment:

There was a new Comment.
