I am in the process of moving 1200 folders from one stage to the archive. I was wondering if it is possible to have a script move these folders without causing any issues to the database? Thanks.
I would add a flag action, and using our admin form, add the SQL. There is a discussion and resolution here:

thanks for the feedback. I tried a flagged action, but that only worksx for folders moving forward. I have thousands of records to move before then.

In the last post of the first link I have posed a solution to the problem - an admin form to allow to add flags for existing folders.

In a perfect world, the Designer should do this, of course. We have suggeested it a few times over the years, but to no avail. As it is probably the most monly asked issue overall, it would seem like a valuable addition.
