ProVision error with parent and child relationships

I have an organization model and when I expand certain parents to display the children, I receive an error stating:

 

 

Organization: Capacity Management cannot be linked as the parent of Role: Data Center Space Planning.

An object cannot be a child of the same parent more than once.

 

 

This occurs with other models when I expand the parent to display the children. This error did not always occur and only began recently. After the error is displayed the first time, it does not appear again. However, the notebook containing the model is on Knowledge Exchange and I am unable to make the errors go away there.

 

I have tried destroying all of the links between the parents and children and recreating them, but this does not correct the issue. Any assistance that can be given regarding why this is occurring is greatly appreciated.

Seems like there is some hidden reference to a parent child relationship somewhere.  I could suggest a couple of things..

 

1.  Try walking the Object inventory and see if there is a child reference there that needs to be removed.

2.  The other is to try to import the Provision elements into a new empty notebook, and the reference should not get imported due to the error.
