FileSite Regsiter icon message Class in Outlook
System
Dear all,
When user tries to access/open the FileSite documents they cannot identify what the types are (eg. .doc, PDF, .xls.....)
Is there any way to recover this apart from reloading the user's XP profile?
Thanks and regards,

Dear Samsong,
The problem you are talking about is the all the icons that appears in filesite are a blank sheet or when you try to open a document the system doesn't know which native application to use.
In case your problem are the icons, you can set up filesite to re-load them, you only have to do the following:
1.- In the registry go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Interwoven\Worksite\8.0\Filesite
You will find a key called "IconFormInstalled" with a 1 value, delete this key or change it to 0
2.- Inside the same Filesite registry level you will have a "Registered Databases" with a list of all of your DMS databases, delete them, only the databases references.
Next time you open Outlook it will download again your icons, forms, etc...
In case your problem is that you can not find the native application for the documents, I would need more information about the error, it reports any message? have you check you DB Admin Application setup in your server?
Hope this helps, regards
