Is it possible to refresh a grid tied to a TABLE mbo? If so how?

I was able to get it to work by first creating a Query-based MBO and then switching it back to Table-based MBO once I have dragged-and-dropped the MBO to my form.That appears to be the only way to get it to show the "Always refresh" option when right-clicking on the MBO item in the "Other Business Objects" pane for a Table-based MBO. Not sure if there is a better way of doing this...

In 9.0.2 there was a 'refresh' button introduced for table Business Objects for precisely this reason (in response to a request).

Where is this refresh button? I have version v9.0.3.
