in DBAdmin, if rights were taken away from the default security role to create public folders, how can users still create subfolders? and how can i turn them off from creating ANY folders?

When you remove the rights of a user to create public folders, the users can only create private folders. These folders are only viewable by the user who created the folder, and the NRT admins. We have not found any way of turning the folder creation off entirely, excerpt for removing that option in the right click menu. That would need to be done through the registry.
