Failed to start Interwoven Web Daemon

Hi
When I try to start the TS server I'm getting following error in /opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/local/logs/iwserver.log.

But I can start the TS server after stopping the httpd. but then also I cant access TS through web console.
I'm getting the above error if I try to start the TS server after starting httpd. httpd is running on port 81.
following are the iw.cfg entry
[iwwebd]
default_protocol=http
http_port=80
#https_port=443
host=192.168.100.219
[iwproxy]
iwproxy_host=localhost
customer_webserver_host=192.168.100.219
iwproxy_port=1080
customer_webserver_port=81

This is the reason your browser does not show the UI as mentioned in another thread that you have started.
Kindly do not start multiple threads for the same issue. Also, to enable us to help you better, please post the webd/httpd logs and iwtrace.log.
Is this a new installation of TeamSite or has this suddenly started occurring on a stable installation? If so, what might have changed since the last restart? Are you the administrator for the installation? If not, I suggest you get in touch with one.
