Enable Custom Attributes

I am using worksite 8.2

How do you enable custom attributes. Currently the database has custom attributes 1, 3, and 8 enabled. I need to use the additional attributes but they have not been enabled.

Hi,
Are they missing from your worksite forms (dialogs)?
In that case, use Dialog editor to add them to the form (always export the dialog first, to act as a backup)
