Problem Connecting with MB Hot Folder

I've installed the MB Publication Service and MB HotFolder in the same system where my asset server resides. and when installing publication service i've used the default port i.e 4567. but when i'm trying to connect using the HotFolder i'm getting an error like this -
Unable to connect with MediaBin HotFolder service.
Reason: An error has occured: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

I'm using the MB 4.6 Version.

Is the publication service running? What user are you trying to connect as and can you connnect to MB directly using one of the client with the same user id?

Yes the Publication service is running. I'm using the Administrator windows account to connect to the MB clients(both Web & Windows). And also this is the user which runs the MBAsset server service. These things are running pretty fine. but not the HotFolder.

I would recommend opening a support case. If you want help here then please provide a detailed description of the steps that you follow to connect using the hot folder editor. What is your source folder, destination, permissions etc.?
