Clone Folder from a conditional action??? any known issues

Ive been tasked to rewrite a existing process for a company.

 

In doing so noted a slight issue with Clone Folder from a conditional action.

using version 7.5

the original parent folder sits at a system stage with a number of conditional actions leaving it, all with "Clone Folder ticked"

on the development environment nothing happens however in the live environment (same file) the conditional actions take place and clones the folder.

 

I have attempted to replate the issue on a seperate server i have created and something different happens.

it appears the conditonial actions takes places and issues out a new %foldername yet searching the efolder table no record of the new %folder name appears.

when raising a new folder from the startback the Foldername has increased by two????

Do other conditional actions fire in a timely manner?  We have noted some issues with conditional actions taking an excessive time to complete when the DB is on a different server and the MSDTC is mis-configured//corrupted.
