How to add KPI to a Workflow?

We want to add KPI to our workflow. Basically what we need is to add the formula, description and analyze the possibility for the next steps. Which is modeling.

The EAMPP Provision downloap includes somework on KPI's, although I'm not sure in what context.

Hello Alejandro. THe closest concept Provision has to KPIs is measurements which can be mapped to almost everything.
You may use the description field to describe the KPI's details.
Business Rules can be attached to the KPI too.
