Form displayed on Watch list does not display all fields

Using v7.5, attached form to user's Watch List. When open form to view from Watch List, 3 fields in one row are not shown. Fields and rows of fields above and below missing row display as expected. The missing fields were visible throughout the workflow.

Any ideas?

The first thing I can see is that the three fields above the missing fields are not the same in each screenshot. In the first they are dropdown fields, in the second they are text fields. It looks like it could be two different forms.

If they are definitely the same (and as they are named the same, I assume they have to be) then all six of these fields have the visibility set in some way. You need to check the 'visibility depends on' properties of all these fields to see why they are being hidden in this Folder.
