Image Locations for Visual Format

I am trying to customize Visual Format, when a user goes to add an image they click the Image button on the tool bar. This brings up a pictures properties dialog box where they can click on "Select New File". This option seems to link into TeamSite to open up a Content Center Dialog box that shows the root directory of the work area. I would like to have it open in a different directory in that work area, is this possible?

The browse button calls the browse_for_link command and the vpath parameter sets the start folder.
