just type that command in on the terminal screen and you will see a bunch of options. Even if you didn't read the manuals, which you obviously have not, those will be good enough to get you on your way.

Also, you need to understand why and where to use them, apart from how to use them.

I did get information from the manual.

We are trying to move a bunch of files from our dev server to prod server. When we did this we realized that we had to run this in the cmd prompt.

iwextattr -s TeamSite/Templating/DCR/Type=web_pages/general_unsecure /default/main/Internet/WORKAREA/Medical_Mgmt/templatedata/web_Pages/general_unsecure/data/7.01

Right now we are trying to do it for a whole bunch of file. I am trying to write a script for that. So I was wondering if someone can tell me a little bit more then the manual gave me.

OK, so that is different, there are a few options

1st you should consider using OpenDeploy to move the files, it can be configured to move EAs as well.

2nd if you are only moving DCRs you can use a script like this:

3rd, if you are looking for ALL EAs, there was a script written on the tech lib in the 5.5 timeframe that will read all EAs to a file and then apply them.
