Populating system tables

Is there a way to manually add a user into the eUser table that will also automatically populate the rest of the system tables related to the new user (eAttribute, eEvent, etc.)?

Not provided by Metastorm, but you could create an admin form to gather the additional information (eAttribute) and insert everything at once.  This is easier in v9 as there is an "add user" function available.

 

For a new user though, what is desired to be inserted into eEvent?  Its main purpose is for folder action logging.
