Purpose of the hotfix:
This hotfix addresses the following issues:
- Under Windows® Single Sign-On (SSO), the ECL client is not able to connect to ECL Web Service if constructor with URI is used. (Metastorm \# SR-05312011-0023, DEF18246)
- ECL sample client shows "values" instead of "names” when ECL.legacy library name/value pair entries are used. (Metastorm \# SR-04082011-0016, DEF18375, DEF17103)
- Incorrect user name is saved in the eSession table via the sample client for ECL Web Services under SSO. (Metastorm \# SR-11092010-0004, DEF18396)
