eFolderID vanished from ework.eFolder table automatically.

Has anybody ever had a efolder id automatically delete itself from the ework.eFolder table?

Yet efolderID remains in eEvent, eWait, eAlert

 

When clicking on this with in the To Do List shows error:

  

Failed to open folder. Folder ID '0000000000000000000000000048510'. Description: [esp_open_folder]Failed to obtain map and folder information.. 0000000000000000000000000048510 . < [esp_open_folder] > : Folder < 0000000000000000000000000048510 > not recognized..

 

 

The eFolderID has also removed itself from the process table itself.

Viewing the events no manual action has taken place its just vanished?????
