Could you please tell me is there any way, where we can make the form editable when it is at Stage point of a process.

You cannot 'edit' folder forms, i.e. those visible via the top tabs of the folder view. Users can add/change data only through forms associated with an action. If you do not wish to move a process from the current stage you can associate a form with a loop-back action. This will allow a user to 'edit' a fomr whilst retaining the stage of a process.
Hope this is what you meant.
