com.interwoven.api.utility.IWInternalError: user lookup failed with error code 930

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to resolve this error.

"2007-09-03 06:55:24 - Authentication error: user=ntallapa; domain=null; role=admin
OpenAPIAuthenticator.authenticate(SimpleIdentity[ username=smodapu domainname=null rolename=admin])
com.interwoven.api.utility.IWInternalError: user lookup failed with error code 930"

Eventhough users and groups are configured correctly I am facing this issue.

If anyone had faced this earlier please guide me.

Why is it taking domain as null value??? What is the reason behind it?

Maybe it's just me - but I'd think that the username should be the same - so it makes me wonder why they're different... do you perhaps have a two users sharing the same UID value somehow?
