Getting error while opening Datacapture.cfg file

Getting following error while opening the new form using Datacapture.cfg. I have done the proper entry in the templating.cfg also.

ERROR : - Unable to create new form of type general/en underthe branch //cidcsts65dev/default/main/CORP/Supplier_Diversity/ . This form was not configure for this branch or you do not have permission to access it.

Any idea to anyone abt such error?

you could have missed out some value in templating.cfg for the category

Clear picture can be seen, only when you attach the templating.cfg

The general_corp should be replaced with general.

There is a mis-match between the category name - general_corp and general. Please re-confirm as what is your exact category name being used in your templating.cfg or in your datacapture.cfg

Hi, We too have a similar issue. Following is the code from templating.cfg for category/datatype - Products/LandingPage. This code is throwing the error

"Unable to create a new form of type Products/LandingPage under the branch //pg-prodts-01/default/main/sassoon. This form was not configured for this branch or you do not have permission to access it."

The same code is working fine if we change the category name from "Products" to "Product" in both templating.cfg and the folder name in teamsite UI.

Kindly please assist.

Do you have a second category called Products in templating.cfg ?
