Control order that items load on each form

In Metastorm 7.5, is there a way to control the order in which items such as images and text boxes are loaded when a user opens that form?

 

I am having an issue with a form that has several status icons at the top of the screen and they take longer to load than the rest of the form which causes an issue with SWiFT child forms not working properly.

 

I should also mention that this issue is only occuring with SWiFT. When going to the same form through just Metastorm, the icons are instantly on the form with everything else.
