Setting URL for Hyperlink in Alert Messages

Hello,

The default hyperlink to open a folder in the alert email messages is using the machine name, but i need it to use the URL so that it can resolve externally. Is there a registry key to set up the new value?

Generally we just store this in a 'settings' table and pick it up at run time

Thanks for the reply. I ended up doing a clean install on a new VM and then searching the registry to find the keys; which are in .../Metastorm/e-work/Engine/BROWSERPROTOCOL and .../Metastorm/e-work/InstallInfo/ESVENGINETOWEBNAME. These now appear in the out-of-the-box URL link in the alert emails.
