Resource file modification

Does anybody know which resource file is to be changed to modify the below message to different language.

 

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed

 

I couldn't find the above message in BpmResources.resx file under \Metastorm\BPM\Web\App_GlobalResources\ folder
