sub form on click of a button on a form

Hi Metastorm experts,

 

I have a requirement where for a given folder (incident in a incident management process) i need to add email addresses of users who need to be aware of any updates on the folder(incident)

 

based on my understanding of the logic behind this there should be a possibility to pop up subforms on click of a button on a given form.

 

These sub form should display data of all the email addresses that have been added so far(if any) and should have a list of all available email addresses that can be added.

 

on click of done button on this sub form of the main folder this information should be stored in link with the main folder (incident) so that the user can add more emails or remove previously added emails.

 

 

I hope i made sense while explaining the requirement.

You can solve this buy showing an admin form on client side button click. You can pass the folderid into admin form and show a grid with all email adresses related to this folder. You can then delete and add email adresses as you wish. Once completed you can close the admin form.
