Error receiving mails

Hello everyone,

I tried looking at many posts on my issue but could not find anything.

My issue is that I am using(and want to use) iwsend_mail.ipl that is using Mail::Mailer to send mails. When I create the workflow, I do not receive any emails but when I run the script from command line with the jobid, taskid, and the area, I get the email. When I print the information in the logs, it shows me that the jobid and taskid are being initialized in both the cases. I have checked the permissions on the ipl file and it is 777.

You'll probably have to enable / add debugging to the script (sorry - last time I edited the script we didn't have Log::Log4perl available) and potentially turn on debugging for Mail::Mailer / Net: Smiley Frustrated

Does you flow get stuck, when its trying to send mail, or, does it shows mail sent successfully ?
Check your mail server, as it may be re-directing your mails to some other id, depending on the sender of the mail.

Check your mail server, as it may be re-directing your mails to some other id, depending on the sender of the mail. When I run the same script from command line with the jobid and taskid of a valid task, it sends the email. So I dont think there should be any issue of redirecting.

check if there is any spam control enabled on your mail server.we had similar issue.
