I have recently encountered an error in Designer whereby whenever I try to open an BusinessObject to edit it an error is appearing advising that an unhandled exception has occured, the root element is missing.
If I press the continue button, I am returned to Designer and the BusinessObject doesnt open, if I press Quit then Designer quits.
This issue is preventing me from editing or creating any BuisinessObjects. I am able to use desinger on the server to create or edit BusinessObjects however would prefer not to do this work on the server (plus it is much slower over RDP).
Has anyone encountered this error before and more importantly does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
