Upgradation of LS2.2.1 to LS3.0

We are currently using LiveSite2.2.1 and Teamsite6.5 SP2. Now we are facing problems with the compatability of IE7.0 We want to upgrade our system so that it becomes compatable with the Browser IE7 . We have two solutions:

1) Upgrate TeamSite with SP3
2) Upgrade LiveSite2.2.1 to LiveSite3.0

Can anyone tell me which is more feasible and is better? or is there any other way?

You mean that the livesite interface should be compatible with IE7? Or do you mean the livesite pages on the front-end?

i mean livesite interface should be compatible with IE7.
for e.g. whenever i try to open a DCR to edit, with a lot of data then the DCR be opened in IE 7 but get opened in IE6

I'm not sure this is a LS or a TS issue, check your default browser make sure IE7 is the default one, eventually get rid of IE6.

But I don't think upgrading to anything will solve your problem, it's a system issue.
