Forms not displaying

I have an odd issue.  On occasion, when a user clicks a tab at the top of a form, the form will display as blank.  If they click to a different tab, then back to the original tab, it then displays.  Anyone ever experience this?

I have and personally it seems to happen more often when I switch to another window while the BPM window is being refreshed -- though its not all the time.  I just attribute it to Windows / IE "features" have not pursued it much since a refresh or switching tabs usually fixed it.
