BPM v9.1 Admin Tools - Add SAP script button not working

I have written my own SAP and would like to add it and test. When I access the Authentication tab in Admin Tools, and select Add SAP script, the app does nothing...as if there is no event handler tied to this button. Is there something I need to do prior to using this function. The Admin guide simply states use this button to add the script, but it doesn't work on production system, or my dev box? Is there an alternative method to adding the script and modifying the index value? I can see where it gets stored in the database, but it looks like it has some dependant values that get created for me......

Edit: Update to this issue, this seems to only be the case with IE9. Firefox works fine.
